HotCaribbeandeals.com gave us the mission: To create the most awesome drink in all of the Caribbean and call it the Hot Caribbean!
It was hard work but somebody had to do it…and so we did it with reckless abandon! We went bar to bar throughout the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino to find the best liquor, freshest ingredients, and most knowledgeable bartenders to create this amazing cocktail. After a few days of tasting excellent concoctions created by the bartenders on property, and one of our own (Cocktail Steve), we were able to narrow it down to our 4 favorite drinks. These would be the drinks vying for the title of the Hot Caribbean, which we know will become as well known as the daiquiri, margarita, pina colada or any other of your favorite Caribbean drinks.

We will also be revealing the winner of the coveted title of the Hot Caribbean in a few short days!!!
**Note: These drinks are listed in no particular order.
DRINK #1
1 1/2 oz Vodka
1 oz Lemon Juice
Splash Grenadine
Muddled Cherries
Muddle Cherries, shake ingredients over ice, serve in Hurricane Glass and garnish with a lemon wedge.
DRINK #2

2 oz Whiskey
1/2 oz Amaretto
1 oz Pineapple Juice
Shake over ice, strain into martini glass and garnish with a cherry.
DRINK #3

1 1/2 oz White Rum (We suggest Brugal)
1/2 oz Banana Liqueur
1/2 oz Pineapple Juice
1/2 oz Orange Juice
Dash of Grenadine
Sugar rim of a low ball or rocks glass. Shake ingredients over ice, pour into glass and garnish with a pineapple wedge & banana slice.

1 oz Light Rum
1 oz Dark Rum
1 oz Orange Juice
1 oz Pineapple Juice
1/2 oz Simple Syrup
Combine Cayenne pepper, cinnamon, sugar & cumin on a plate. Mix together and rim martini glass with mixture. Shake ingredients above over ice and strain into martini glass. Garnish with an orange wedge.
